Solar Finance Options

Traditional Finance
Traditional finance involves securing a loan to buy an asset, repaid with interest over time. The asset often serves as collateral. It’s a common choice for those with good credit, offering immediate ownership with the obligation to repay debt.

Rent To Own
Rent-to-own lets businesses or individuals rent an asset with the option to buy it later. Part of the rent often goes toward the purchase. It’s a flexible option for those with limited capital or credit, gradually leading to ownership.

Power Purchase Agreement (PPA)
A PPA is a contract where a provider installs and maintains energy systems (like solar) at no upfront cost to the customer. The customer buys the generated electricity at a fixed rate for a set period, typically 10-25 years. It allows access to renewable energy without heavy capital investment.
